Our client a major supplier of satellite systems requires an experienced Systems engineer to support the test & installation of electrical systems.

System Engineer Electrical Satellite Systems (m/f)

Your Tasks

Design, analysis and lay-up of electrical systems for satellite applications (solar generator, batteries, computer)

Evaluation of lay-up concepts and selection of subsystems

Supervising interfaces to different satellite subsystems

Supporting satellite projects up to initial operation/final inspection

Set-up and document management (analysis, specifications, test procedures, reports and design descriptions

Development of test concepts and competent support their implementation

Co-operation with customers and subcontractors

Support with proposals


Your Qualifications

University degree in electrical engineering or similar

Long-term professional experience as an engineer in space flight, preferably experience with hardware projects in the phases B/C/D

Skills in using CAE development tools

You are communicative, you like working in a team and you are flexible

You are able to quickly become acquainted with new areas of responsibility

You work effectively and independently

Good skills in spoken and written English
